Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Ripple processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to account owners.
Information we process
We process account details, workspace membership, submitted website URLs, website scan results, approved brand profiles, campaign settings, uploaded media, generated content, publishing records, provider connection metadata, job diagnostics, notifications, subscription state and verified analytics returned by connected services.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, analyze websites at their request, maintain reusable brand context, create and review campaign content, schedule approved publications, operate billing, secure the service, troubleshoot failures and present source-backed performance data. Missing provider metrics are not represented as activity.
Third-party processing
Ripple may use Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Stripe for billing; AI and media providers for requested generation; and YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit or analytics providers when users initiate those workflows. Each provider processes data under its own terms. Provider access is limited by configured credentials and granted permissions.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while the account is active and as needed for security, billing, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Destructive self-service actions are not exposed until the backend can enforce authorization, confirmation, audit and recovery requirements. Account owners may request export or deletion through support.
Security and choices
Sessions are established through Supabase. Workspace authorization, row-level access, provider secrets and subscription entitlements are enforced server-side. Users can avoid connecting optional providers, revoke provider permissions at the provider, manage billing in Stripe, and sign out from Ripple.
Contact and changes
Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated date. Contact the support channel associated with your account for access, correction, export, deletion or privacy questions.
