Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Ripple and the content, provider connections and subscription services available through it.

Account and workspace responsibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials and use only websites, assets, social accounts and data that you are authorized to use. Workspace owners control membership and are responsible for actions taken through their workspace.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual property, platform rules or the rights of others; bypass provider restrictions; distribute malware; impersonate others; or create deceptive, abusive or prohibited content. Automated scans and social workflows remain subject to robots rules, rate limits and provider terms.

Generated content and human review

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing claims, rights, disclosures, captions, media and publishing settings before approval. Ripple does not guarantee provider acceptance, reach, engagement, revenue or uninterrupted generation.

Subscription and fair use

The Ripple monthly plan is billed through Stripe. Current pricing, renewal state, invoices, payment methods and cancellation options appear in Checkout or the customer portal. Expensive generation and publishing operations are subject to the fair-use allowances shown on the Pricing and Billing pages. Access is determined from server-side subscription state.

Providers and availability

Third-party services may change APIs, permissions, pricing, availability or terms. A configured integration is not a guarantee of successful authorization, generation, upload, publication or analytics retrieval. Failed or unavailable provider operations are surfaced as such.

Ownership

You retain rights you hold in submitted source material. Rights in generated output depend on applicable law and provider terms. You grant Ripple the limited permission necessary to process submitted material and operate requested workflows.

Suspension, termination and liability

Access may be limited for security, nonpayment, abuse or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of specific marketing outcomes and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

Updated terms take effect when posted or otherwise communicated as required. Questions can be sent through the support contact associated with your account.
