Refund and Cancellation Policy

How to cancel a Ripple subscription or raise a payment or service problem.

Cancel future renewals

Open Settings → Billing → Manage billing and cancellation to use the Stripe customer portal. You can also email support@drstem.cc from your account email and tell us you want to cancel. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and leaves access until the end of the paid period. Deleting browser data or disconnecting a social account does not cancel billing.

UK consumer cooling-off period

If you purchase as a UK consumer, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day the initial service contract is made. No reason is required. For these cancellations, we will refund the initial subscription payment without a usage deduction. Starting to use Ripple does not, by itself, waive this right. If the law gives you a longer period because required information was not supplied, that longer period applies.

Problems and other refunds

Contact us about duplicate charges, an incorrect payment or a service that has not been supplied as agreed. We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required by law, including repeat performance, a price reduction or refund where applicable. Outside applicable cancellation rights, changing your mind or cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a period already paid for. Business customers’ remedies depend on their contract and applicable law. Mandatory rights in other countries are unaffected.

How refunds are paid

Where a cooling-off refund is due, we will issue it without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Your bank may take additional time to display it. Other legally required refunds follow the applicable deadline.
